Dog-Trot Cabins are two cabins connected by a breezeway.  The Loom House, which houses a loom and spinning wheel, This cabin possesses a unique fireplace of early American design with a wood fired oven to the right of the fireplace.                                                                                                 

The Church/School is a combination of two log buildings.  The first was a log cabin built by John Adam Ell in 1848.  One-third of the logs had rotted so they were replaced with logs from a log barn.
